At CuddleGlove, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable items:
Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we’ve received it.
If the return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition or has been used, you will be refunded a portion of the original amount.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at cuddleglove@gmail.com.
If the item you want to exchange is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item.
If you are returning an item due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
How to Return an Item
Contact us at cuddleglove@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return shipping label.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it to the address provided.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process the refund within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
